-- Hill topped 10 PPR points in every full game he played last year.
-- His scoring average for his healthy outings would have ranked 3rd-best at the position.
-- Hill ranks 3rd among wideouts in yards per target since entering the league.
-- He just turned 26 in March.
Hill ranked a decent 11th among WRs in PPR points per game last season. But take away the 2 games he left early, and the numbers jump to 3rd most fantasy points per game across formats. Hill also probably did his scoring more consistently than you’d expect.
Kansas City’s lead wideout cracked 10 PPR points in each of the 10 games that he finished. He was 1 of 21 receivers in the league who posted 10+ games of 10+ PPR points. None of the others in that group did so in every healthy outing. (Even Michael Thomas missed 10 points in Week 17 -- though, to be fair, he played a season-low 67% of the snaps in that contest.)
It marked another step up for Hill, who fell short of 10 PPR points 3 times in 2018 and 4 times in 2017. Of course, anyone who had him on a fantasy roster in that span probably wasn’t complaining.
Hill finished 2018 second in PPR points and 1st in non-PPR at the position. The season before -- his first as a full-time wideout -- found Hill top-8 across fantasy formats in per-game scoring.
His target share has also edged up, to a high of 24.3% over his 10 healthy games last year. And he has been efficient with those targets.
Since Hill arrived in 2016, only Tyler Lockett and Chris Godwin have averaged more yards per target. Since the start of 2017, Hill sits atop the league.
And there’s no questioning the Chiefs offense. Kansas City has finished 3 straight seasons among the NFL’s top 6 in both scoring and yards. The team has ranked 1st and 3rd in Football Outsiders’ offensive DVOA in Patrick Mahomes’ 2 starting campaigns.
The Chiefs have add…
