Foyesade Oluokun Player Overview

Draft Sharks Bottom Line:

Oluokun looks like the favorite to take over De'Vondre Campbell's vacated role next to Deion Jones. But he checks in 17 pounds lighter than Campbell, and the Falcons signed Deone Bucannon in free agency. We wouldn't be shocked to see Oluokun come off the field more than Campbell did over the past few years. Despite having played safety in college, Oluokun has yet to display upside in coverage numbers -- even at Yale. It's worth noting that Bucannon also converted from college safety to NFL LB.

There's some tackle upside to Oluokun for deeper IDP leagues. But he doesn't reach the point of being an exciting prospect. He could face further competition from 230-pound rookie LB Mykal Walker.
