The 49ers lost S Eric Reid to a left knee injury in Sunday's loss at the Seahawks. Reid initially hurt the knee in the 1st half but re-entered the game twice before ultimately shutting it down. We should get more further details from the team on the specific ailment.

Bengals TE Tyler Eifert is "uncertain" for Sunday's game against the Packers due to back and knee issues, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Here we go again. Eifert underwent back surgery last December and reportedly dealt with knee tendonitis in late August.

Panthers TE Greg Olsen will undergo surgery on his broken right foot and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks, ESPN's Adam Schefter confirms. We'll see whether the Panthers stick Olsen on IR. If they do, he'll be out at least 8 weeks. If not, we'll take that to mean that the team expects him back in closer to 6 weeks.

Packers DE Mike Daniels suffered a hamstring injury in the 1st quarter Sunday night against the Falcons. He left the game and did not return. Daniels entered the night questionable because of a hip injury. We'll see about the severity of the hamstring ailment.

Steelers OLB T.J. Watt came out of Sunday's win over the Vikings with a groin injury. According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, though, he said afterward that he's not worried about the issue but that they'll find out more over the next day or 2.

Panthers TE Greg Olsen told reporters after Sunday's win over the Bills that he has a broken foot. We should get a timetable for his return sometime over the next 24 hours, but Olsen figures to be sidelined upwards of 8 weeks. He's a candidate for IR-designated-to-return.

Buccaneers MLB Kwon Alexander suffered a hamstring injury in the 1st half of Sunday's game against the Bears and is doubtful to return. Alexander missed time in the preseason with a hamstring injury as well.

Eagles S Rodney McLeod left in the 1st quarter of Sunday's game at Kansas City with a hamstring injury and is questionable to return. He could be seen limping on the sideline and into the locker room.

Bears LB Nick Kwiatkowski suffered a pectoral injury in the 1st quarter of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. He is questionable to return.

Eagles RB Donnel Pumphrey tore his hamstring in practice this week and is "out indefinitely," per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Pumphrey was a healthy scratch in the opener and is a candidate for IR.

UPDATE: Pumphrey has been placed on IR.

Lions WR Golden Tate injured his left ring finger in the season-opening win over the Cardinals but isn't concerned about it going forward. "My hand feels great, been catching with it great," he said. "It feels good." The injury reportedly occurred on Detroit's 1st possession of the 2nd half. Tate hauled in 3 more balls after that. He isn't planning on wearing any extra protection for Monday night's game against the Giants.

Bears LB Jerrell Freeman suffered a torn pectoral muscle in the Week 1 loss to the Falcons. That injury will require surgery and landed him on season-ending IR. The veteran also sustained a concussion in the game. He'll be 32 for the 2018 NFL season.

Ravens RB Danny Woodhead is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with his hamstring injury, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. That puts his return somewhere between Weeks 6 and 8. Baltimore's bye isn't until Week 10. Woodhead will remain an injury risk when he returns as a 32-year-old RB with recurring hamstring trouble.

Cardinals RB David Johnson will undergo surgery on his dislocated wrist this week and is expected to be sidelined 2-3 months, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Cardinals HC Bruce Arians said Monday that RB David Johnson has been diagnosed with a dislocated wrist. He's going for a 2nd opinion on the next course of action. But if the 2nd opinion is the same as the 1st, Johnson will undergo surgery and be placed on IR. He'd still have a shot to return after 8 weeks as the "designated-to-return" player, but even that would obviously be a big blow to fantasy owners. reports that CB Ronald Darby is expected to miss 4-6 weeks after dislocating his right ankle Sunday against Washington. That's relatively good news, considering how nasty the injury looked at the time. Eagles medical staff reportedly saw only "minor ligament damage" when reviewing the CB's MRI on Monday.

The Jaguars announced that WR Allen Robinson tore his ACL in Sunday's win over the Texans. He's done for the year, although the timing of the injury should have him ready at least by 2018 training camp. Robinson played in all 16 games each of the past 2 seasons after missing 6 games as a rookie in 2014 with a fractured foot.

Houston LB Brian Cushing suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars. He'll obviously need to pass through the league protocol before returning to action.
