Eagles WR Alshon Jeffery underwent surgery on Wednesday to repair a torn rotator cuff, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Jeffery reportedly suffered the injury in training camp but ended up playing all 16 regular-season games for just the 3rd time in his 6-year career. After a slowish start, Jeffery scored 10 times over his final 12 games (including playoffs). We'll keep an eye on his rehab, but it shouldn't impact his availability for the start of the 2018 campaign.
NJ.com's Matt Lombardo reports that Eagles WR Alshon Jeffery is dealing with a minor shoulder injury. Jeffery went down in Monday's practice and then sat out Tuesday and Wednesday. "I'm alright," he reportedly said after missing Tuesday's session. It's certainly way too early to panic, but we'll see how long it takes Jeffery to return. It was lower-body issues, of course, that got in his way near the end of his Bears tenure.
