Jaguars WR Marqise Lee suffered a high-ankle sprain in Sunday's practice, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "He'll push hard to be ready for Week 1, but caution could push it back," Rapoport adds. High-ankle sprains tend to cost players at least 4 weeks -- and sometimes 6 or more. We're a little less than 4 weeks away from the season opener, so we'd consider Lee on the doubtful side of questionable for that one.
Jaguars HC Doug Marrone announced Monday that WR Marqise Lee will have season-ending surgery on his left knee for the injury that knocked him out of Saturday's game. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that it's ligament damage, but there's no specific word yet on which ligament. We'll update once that becomes clear.
