Perriman’s 2015 rookie season was completely wiped out by a partially torn PCL. And he still wasn’t back to 100% by early April. Durability and inexperience are concerns here. But Perriman boasts a top-notch combination of size and athleticism. And there’s opportunity for him to carve out a significant role in Baltimore’s high-volume passing game. We’ll track his progress throughout the summer, but he looks like at least a nice bench stash who could emerge as a high-upside weekly starter.
