Steelers ILB Ryan Shazier officially landed on IR Tuesday, ending his season after the scary Week 13 back injury he suffered in Cincinnati. Shazier had surgery Dec. 6 to stabilize his spine, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, and has reportedly shown "gradual improvement." Steelers LB Ryan Shazier returned to a full practice Friday for the 1st time since suffering a hamstring pull in the 1st week of training camp. The injury was initially believed to be minor, but Shazier failed to stay on the field in several attempts to return before Friday. He said "it feels great" after putting in the most recent workout, though. We'll see if the 4th-year LB can avoid any further setbacks this month and be ready to start the regular season.
